These Terms govern your access to and use of ADF Connect, the membership platform for the African Drone Forum. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

2. Membership and platform access

ADF Connect may offer individual, organisation, and strategic partner membership tiers. Some features, including deeper intelligence, country information, directory access, and opportunity details, may be limited by membership tier.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, upload harmful content, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, or use ADF Connect for unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity.

4. Member profiles and directory information

If you choose to appear in the directory, your profile information may be visible to other members according to your visibility settings. You are responsible for ensuring your profile, organisation description, services, certifications, and coverage information are accurate.

5. Opportunities, intelligence, and resources

Opportunities, market intelligence, regulatory notes, event information, and resources are provided for general business information. They are not legal, aviation-safety, financial, or investment advice. You should verify requirements directly with the relevant buyer, regulator, organiser, or authority before acting.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate that content within ADF Connect. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or publish.

7. Payments and renewals

Paid membership features may be subject to separate pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms displayed at checkout or in membership communications.

8. Third-party services

ADF Connect may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google APIs, email providers, payment processors, and automation tools. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Service changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as needed. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADF Connect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill.
